Past history

Right popliteal artery aneurysm repair with proximal and distal ligation and femoro-popliteal bypass in 2009

Left popliteal artery aneurysm open repair with interposition graft in 2012

Right popliteal artery aneurysm stenting in 2012

Right SFA pseudoaneurysm repair with SFA to popliteal artery (below knee) bypass and Left femoropopliteal bypass for recurrent left popliteal artery aneurysm in 2013

Clinical Presentation

• HISTORY: –h/o left thigh swelling of one month duration –Pain for last 7days

Clinical examination:

large pulsatile swelling over antero-medial aspect at mid-thigh level

B/L femoral pulses palpable, absent distal pulses

Plan

Endovascular repair of left SFA pseudoaneurysm using covered stent.
