Clinical Presentation

• 67 years old lady

• DM – 25 years

• Hypertension – 10 years

• Left Below knee amputation

• Now Right – Critical limb ischaemia– Forefoot gangrene

ANGIOGRAPHY

• B/L CIA, EIA, CFA, PFA normal

• Right side – SFA multisegmentstenosis and occlusion present

• Right popliteal artery short segment occlusion

• Right TP trunk patent with PT and peroneal artery upto ankle – multisegmentstenosis present.
