48yrs male,

A known diabetic

Left great toe gangrene of one month duration

Past history

• Right popliteal artery angioplasty with right forefoot amputation in Oct 2013 for right 2nd and 3rd toe gangrene

Local examination

Left great toe gangrene

TcPo2: 26mmHg at great toe, 34mmHg at ankle

Lt femoral pulse palpable, absent distal pulses

Left popliteal and infrapopliteal angioplasty
