Clinical Presentation

• 52 yr old male, k/c/o DM, chronic smoker

• C/o Right lower limb claudication in Dec 2011

• Underwent Right CIA stenting-Feb 2012

• Immediate post op Stent Occlusion

• Left-to-Right Fem-Fem Crossover done

Clinical Presentation

• In Dec 2013, patient presented to us with pseudoaneurysm right groin

• Explantation of infected fem-fem crossover graft done with bilateral SFA primary repair done

• Now presented with right lower limb rest pain (Rutherford – 4)

• Clinically, left lower limb pulses palpable, right lower limb pulses absent

 Doppler Findings

• Collateralised flow to distal right EIA and CFA

• Right SFA occluded at origin

• Right PFA patent and reforming the distal vessels

PLAN

Right iliac artery stenting through left femoral or brachial route
